My journey into executive mentoring was forged in the trenches of leadership. With over three decades of experience—including eight years as a school principal and leading a large-scale Emergency Logistics Center during the 2023 crisis—I have lived the relentless noise and decision fatigue that today’s executives face.

As an entrepreneur in the social-educational field, I have spent my career designing and launching programs that bridge organizational goals with human impact. These years of building from the ground up led to a core realization: at critical crossroads, leadership is the Management of Meaning. This insight is the foundation of The Managerial Diet℠—a proprietary methodology designed to help leaders strip away "operational fat" and bureaucratic clutter precisely when the stakes are highest.

Today, through Proxem, I offer a direct and grounded approach to mentoring and group facilitation.
