About Amit

30 Years of Leadership. One Mission: Peace of Mind.

My journey into executive mentoring wasn’t born in a classroom, but in the trenches of leadership. With over three decades of experience in diverse management roles—including eight years as a school principal—I have lived the challenges that today’s executives face: the relentless noise, the burden of decision fatigue, and the constant struggle to balance operational excellence with personal well-being.

As a certified Organizational Consultant and Executive Mentor, I transitioned from leading large educational institutions to guiding the people who lead our organizations. My background as a school principal taught me that leadership is, at its core, the Management of Meaning. If the meaning is lost, the structure fails.

The Architect of "The Managerial Diet"

Throughout my career, I observed that most "stuckness" in management isn't due to a lack of resources, but a failure in the organizational structure of the mind and the business. This led me to develop my proprietary method: "The Managerial Diet."

I believe that effective leadership is an art of subtraction, not addition. I help senior leaders—from C-suite executives to school principals—strip away the "bureaucratic weight" and operational clutter that hinders growth. My motto is simple: I am a mentor for peace of mind and managerial effectiveness.

A Grounded Approach to Growth

Today, through Proxem, I combine my extensive pedagogical and organizational background to offer a unique style of mentoring. It is professional, direct, and deeply rooted in the reality of senior management. Whether you are navigating a complex transition or looking to sharpen your focus, my goal is to help you achieve a "lean" management style that delivers results without sacrificing your sanity.
